My client is looking for a Director of Marketing Strategy and Analytics to join their team! You will work collaboratively with media planner and account team leaders to provide in-depth information from external sources and client insights. This opportunity will perform in-depth analytics of campaign, and client result data, extensive industry experience and information to make impactful strategic insights for future and existing clients. ? Performs research and analysis of news, issues and trends. Research and disseminate industry information and trends on media, markets, and related metrics. ? Conducts client-specific analyses across all media channels. This could include building statistical models of how media affects key business outcomes, analysis of programs, creatives, offer types and other testing ? Lead role in building analytics capability, analytics best practices, and collaboration among departments. Work with programmer to develop new reporting and/or explore new reporting tools that escalate my clients' ability to provide internal and external clients with learnings, insights and recommendations quickly and accurately. ? Develops strategic recommendations that reflect both the knowledge of clients? business and objectives, as well as creative thinking to continuously drive the business; proactively share ideas and recommendations with President/CEO and account team members ? Manages evaluation, analysis and implementation of research and statistical techniques to develop marketing insights and improve direct marketing plans and campaigns across all channels. ? Collaborates with planning team in measuring the success of media campaigns, comparing performance to the client?s objectives, and constantly seeking ways to improve the accuracy or timeliness of this measurement ? Collaborates with the media team to arrive at recommendations supported by data, reporting, and analytics ? Working knowledge of developing direct marketing campaign plans, including building detailed P L's and response intake patterns as needed to aid planners in their efforts ? Development, benchmarking and tracking success metrics both to show return on investment as well as to provide a feedback loop for agency and client teams ? Manages ad hoc requests and prioritize projects according to business needs, including developing business requirements for reports based on client needs and specifications ? Presents insights and recommendations to clients. Recommend strategies and tactics that will result in continuous program improvement and growth.
