. Responsibilities ? Providing leadership, and strategic direction for the Human Resources department, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory agents and professional standards. ? Responsible for the management, development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of Human Resources administrative policies and procedures. ? Advises and assists the Leadership team in the implementation and problem solving related to Human Resources policies and procedures. ? Serves as strategic resource to CEO and FHC Leadership ensuring HR policies, practices, and programs are aligned to meet business unit goals and support CEO?s strategic direction. ? Participates as an active member of the FHC Leadership Team advising and assisting in the development, implementation and problem solving related to Human resource policies, procedures, and practices. ? Responsible for the following employee activities: hiring, employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, complaints/investigations and terminations. Serves as liaison between staff and management as necessary. ? Identifies and recommends process improvements to simplify various human resources processes.
? Ability to anticipate, think strategically, and challenge appropriately in support of organizational goals. ? Sound business acumen and demonstrated abilities to develop partnerships and influence all levels of the organization. ? Ability to develop HR strategy and vision to support business strategies and goals. ? Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others at all levels within the organization, across different cultures and socio-economic backgrounds. ? Demonstrated ability to direct and successfully manage multiple projects on time and within budget. ? Must possess sound coaching and counseling skills. ? Demonstrated experience designing, and implementing effective programs, systems, and initiatives. ? Prior experience managing multiple locations preferred. ? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field ? 7 or more years of progressive experience in managing the Human Resources
