Director of Digital Marketing (Lead Generation)

I have an immediate need for an Director of Digital Marketing (Lead Generation) for an upscale beauty school This is a full-time, direct-hire role in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate for this role has 5+ years of experience leading and implementing the digital marketing strategy for companies including managing organic leads SEO vendors, Pay Per Click campaigns and vendors and annual budgets exceeding $1MM in paid search and social. This is a Director level position with the ultimate responsibility of developing digital strategy and managing agency partnerships that will implement said strategies. Our next Director of Digital Marketing (Lead Generation) must have superior analytical abilities with the experience pivoting as necessary to increase lead generation, conversion optimization and campaign optimization. Must Haves: ? 5-7 years of lead generation experience with a background in analyzing industry trends, demand for products and services, and creating a strategy to market the product or service ? Past work experience in marketing, social media, or similar role with knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing ? Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills ? Experience with google AdWords, google analytics and SEO ? Experience managing 3rd party digital agencies with superior analytical abilities Interviews are being conducted on July 17th.
