Cloud Computing AnalystCompensation:
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
•Drive AWS hosting and daily AWS operations for production environments
•Optimize performance, stability and security across our cloud offering and internal infrastructure via monitoring, trend analysis, and continuous improvement
•Implement best security practices aligning with the delivery of our products and services to our customers
•Manage a team of 5-10 operations engineers and staff by providing advice and direction to ensure they are given adequate information to make informed decisions and prioritize assignmenhttps://rh--c.visualforce.com/apex/JobPostingDetail?id=a2F0V000005ORZKUA4&sfdc.override=1#ts
•Oversee internal systems such as mail, calendar, mobile device management, office productivity, security & monitoring, etc.
•Drive IT Service Management (ITSM) technology infrastructure and systems.
•Responsible for delivering successful projects for all our related IT systems.
•Ensures product roadmap aligns with platforms, both on premise and cloud.
•Work with internal and external stakeholders from an IT perspective to deliver against our business objectives
•Develop and maintain vendor relationships with key service providers
•Develop KPIs that provide in-depth visibility into system health
•Support Business Development efforts in the preparation of RFP/RFI
•Participate with Business Development as a subject matter expert during high level client presentations

Qualifications • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering preferred. • 10-12 years engineering, architecting and delivering infrastructure technology solutions • 7+ years’ direct management experience • 7+ years’ experience delivering large scale cloud-based product operations (SaaS) and leadership • Cloud operations expert – • AWS Solutions Architect certifications required • Other cloud experience, such as Azure or Google, a plus • Demonstrated technologist with broad experience across a variety of operations and services including DevOps, Pipeline Construction, Release automation and deployment (Jenkins, CloudFormation, Chef, Team Foundation Server, Code Pipeline) • Direct experience designing and supporting deployment and automation solutions on public/private cloud environments with specific experience developing solutions using the AWS • Experience building high availability services at scale • Demonstrated ability leading small focused teams of technologists • Excellent communication and presentation skills
