Digital Strategy Manager

We are looking for a data-driven digital marketer to provide leadership in connecting strategy to performance. Along the way, you'll provide expert guidance to clients and team members to help innovate methods, leverage tools, and optimize campaigns. As a Digital Strategy Manager, you will bring considerable technical, functional, and product expertise to oversee effective solutions to clients. Responsibilities. ? Lead internal and client based strategic work sessions by utilizing marketing frameworks, past experiences and creative direction; use consultative approach to push client thinking, interpret objectives and turn data insights into strategic digital plans ? Lead client teams and talented internal teams to set the vision for digital marketing campaigns and drive digital thought leadership, marketing roadmaps, and long-term digital solutions by applying strong leadership and relationship building skills ? Organize and ensure completion of digital campaigns by communicating effectively with internal team, driving internal motivation to impressive client deliverables, and utilizing technology and software's ? Oversee the progress and evaluation of campaigns, providing insight to recommend iterative improvements by directing digital campaigns through a combination of advanced planning and day-to-day, real-time management across content marketing, search marketing, digital media buying, social marketing, digital PR, email marketing, and web / mobile site initiatives, digital engagement, lead generation / demand gen, nurturing, and conversion initiatives ? Contribute to all conversations with innovative ideas, quick-thinking and solutions, being a leader in a collaborative environment by inspiring greatness, leading brainstorming and building on ideas

Job Requirements

? 8+ years of relevant experience in the digital landscape, including building digital marketing campaigns, analytics, technology consulting and/or marketing leadership ? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, Journalism, Statistics or similar area of study ? Demonstrated experience with at least one of the following performance areas: ? Digital design and creative process, copywriting and/or content creation, SEO, PPC or other paid media, media buying and/or planning, marketing performance analysis ? Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and implement digital marketing initiatives that drive a brands engagement and results with its customers, prospects and employees ? Strategic thought leadership with experience in evaluating consumer insights data, platform performance, and key social media trends to inform the development of strategies and plans ? Ability to manage and lead across multiple businesses/clients, in addition to internal teams, while ensuring that each client feels valued and prioritized ? Must be energetic, outgoing, extremely well organized, inspired, professional, decisive, confident, and focused ? Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities ? Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities - must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language - be FULLY bilingual in Spanish English ? Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams
