Digital Product Manager

An exciting TCG client is seeking a Digital Product Manager to plan, lead, organize, and motivate Agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering Agile projects that provide exceptional business value to clients. The Digital Product Manager will: -Be the team's SCRUM Master for Agile environments, including Confluence and Jira. -Training and coaching members of the team as needed for product delivery -Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values. -Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refinement and maintaining the product backlog. -Implement the use of a trusted system whereby the status of tasks, milestones and the project?s status is always visible to the team and to other stakeholders -Lead brainstorming sessions to uncover and understand user needs -Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives -Work closely with the team to develop a continuous improvement program that empowers the team through adoption of measurable best practices and methods

Job Requirements

-8-10 years of experience in Product Management or Agile Project Management in relation to digital projects -Bachelor's degree -CSM or ACP certicication preferred -5+ years of SCRUM Master experience preffered -Experience overseeing teams of designers and developers of about 10-15 people -Experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. -Build working relationships with clients and team -Experience facilitating collaborative internal and external workshops -Experience recruiting and building a team -Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills If you are qualified for this exciting challeneg, please email your resume and relevant work samples to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] for consideration!
