Our client who is a leader in e-commerce fraud prevention is looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Manager who can not only jointly own the strategy of digital marketing, but also own and drive the execution and delivery of said strategy.
The Digital Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the design, execution and operations of digital tactics including paid and organic social media, SEM, marketing automation and tracking the performance of those channels. The Digital Marketing Operations Manager is agile and has a passion for execution, data, metrics, and reporting. This position reports to the VP of Demand Generation and will support the global demand generation organization.
-Manage and report on Marketing Automation programs to highlight opportunities for enhancement to improve metrics & KPIs.
-Develop and execute impactful digital tactics including paid social, organic social, SEM, display and retargeting.
-Lead day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, tactics and programs to drive demand, measured by site traffic, MQLs, Intro Meetings, Pipeline and ultimately closed won business.
-Drive A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and spend.
-Manage database cleanliness, hygiene and segmentation.
-Develop channel metrics and corresponding benchmarks to assess value through analytics, measure success, and recommend campaign optimization based on results.
-Maintain view of latest practices and tools across the industry to identify and drive best practice recommendations. Be a subject matter expert in digital marketing techniques.
-Work cross-functionally with sales, sales ops and marketing to enable optimal campaign execution.
