Digital Marketing Manager

TCG (The Creative Group) Minnesota is working with an amazing organization in their search for a Digital Marketing Manager. The company is expanding and they're looking for this Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies.
The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence, and be comfortable performing a range of digital marketing initiatives from developing media strategies to digging into web analytics.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Perform SEO and PPC Audits to analyze website and campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.

Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in developing digital marketing talent and building top-performing digital teams.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

8+ years of experience in the digital landscape, including building digital marketing campaigns, analytics, technology consulting and/or marketing leadership.

Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and implement digital marketing initiatives that drive a brands engagement and results with its customers, prospects, and employees.

Strategic thought leader with experience in evaluating consumer insights data, platform performance, and key social media trends to inform the development of strategies and plans.

Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
