Digital E-Commerce Product Manager

The Creative Group is hiring a fulltime Digital Product Manager with Retail/E-Commerce experience to work closely with internal external partners to learn, develop, test and define the evolution of our clients retail website. The Digital Product Manager will own the direct to consumer website, manage the digital product lifecycle from ideation to launch (including research, defining requirements and launch strategy) and Develop and analyze digital product reporting covering key metrics KPIs (conversion, cohorts, A/B test results, AOV, UPT, etc.) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Additional Responsibilities include: ? Work with internal external partners (UX, CX, Marketing, Developers) to execute the digital product strategy ? Manage the digital product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including research, defining requirements, working with development resources, QA UAT and launch strategy ? Implement a robust A/B testing strategy roadmap; write hypotheses, run tests, analyze results and utilize findings to inform new features functionality ? Conduct user research, session tracking and map user journeys to understand how users are interacting with our website and lead the implementation of new features based on findings. ? Monitor the competitive landscape, examine strategies of best-in-class retailers and keep up to date with industry research to identify emerging trends and make recommendations ? Proactively audit the site to identify any bugs and work with the development team to resolve based on priority Key Skills Experience ? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Marketing or related field ? 3-5 years? experience in E-Commerce, Digital Product Management or Project Management o Previous experience with a direct-to-consumer brand a plus ? Understanding of key e-commerce metrics KPIs o Understanding of key retail apparel metrics KPIs a plus ? Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment o Experience with PM and prototyping tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, Invision, Sketch ? Strong Excel skills with ability to work with large sets of data (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros) ? Experience working with: o E-Commerce Platforms (Demandware, Magento, Shopify, etc.) o Web Analytics software (Google Analytics, Omniture, Kiss Metrics) o A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, etc.) o Personalization tools (Qubit, DynamicYield, etc.) ? Experience with data collection and BI tools a plus (Segment, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.)
