The Digital E-Commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for a variety of leadership, communication, process and data analysis duties to support the company's franchise system, while working collaboratively with our creative team and other departments. This role will support our marketing and business goals through data management, analysis and insight development, as well as other duties reflected below. Qualifications: ? 5+ years of marketing experience, specifically in the areas of: ? Data analysis and insights, especially for retail and/or e-commerce. Proven work experience in digital marketing, including Google Analytics, pay-per-click and social media advertising. ? Communication, training and execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns and programs to the franchise system. ? E-mail marketing and program administration. ? Loyalty program administration. ? Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. ? Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and written. ? Clear understanding of and ability to set up, gather, and analyze data and KPIs, as well as provide data insights, reports and recommendations. ? Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. ? Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Adwords and other digital marketing statistics. ? Extrovert who loves talking to people from all different backgrounds. High level of energy, integrity and confidentiality. ? Franchise experience a plus. Responsibilities: ? Responsible for all data point set-up for new projects and initiatives; data analysis, insights and reporting for websites and landing pages, marketing campaigns, initiatives and other department programs. ? Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns and formulate data-driven recommendations for optimizing campaigns. ? Play an integral role in analyzing and providing insights for monitoring customer behavior and improving company websites and landing pages. ? Management and administration of the company?s Loyalty Program and E-mail Marketing system and program(s). ? Management, negotiation, and trouble-shooting with all marketing department vendors and partners. ? Perform competitive analysis and reporting on an annual basis. ? Support Franchise Development advertising initiatives. ? Work collaboratively with other members of the Marketing and Franchise Development Teams. ? Create and present training for new product and initiative launches to the franchise system, and provide ongoing support. ? Provide marketing support and coaching on an as-needed basis to Franchise Relationship Managers and franchisees. Enter all notes and other required information into the Franchisor?s CRM system. Perform other administrative duties, as needed. ? Strong prioritization skills and the ability to perform multi-faceted projects in conjunction with daily activities. Self-motivating personality with a strong work ethic. ? Provide daily, weekly or other reports as required. Attend all required meetings. ? Special projects related to sales and marketing, as assigned.
