HOA Property Management Company needs their next Community Portfolio Manager!
... Mid sized, fast paced Property Management Company is looking for an experienced Community Manager.
Duties include managing the assigned portfolio of 6-8 Associations.
Will interface and resolve issues with the Board of Directors, Homeowners, and vendors.
The manager will handle homeowners' calls, prepare meeting agendas, attend and conduct Board Meetings, prepare meeting minutes, newsletters, annual budgets, and property inspections, among other action items for each community.
This is a fast paced position that requires both great customer service skills and organization.
