Client Services Consultant

Founded in 1978, the company provides value-added, client-centric investment sales, leasing, advisory, management, financing and mortgage placement services to owners and occupiers of office, retail, industrial, multi-family and hospitality properties. Principal Responsibilities ? Provide administrative support to multiple brokers including the creation of proposals, CoStar reports, offering memorandums, various types of lease documentation, reports, faxing, scanning, mailings, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments and conference calls ? Organize, create, prepare and produce marketing materials from templates designed by marketing team, as well as client-specific survey books, tour packages, flyers, space option comparable in a variety of software programs ? Responsible for arranging client meetings internally/externally for brokers ? Create, maintain accurate contact information for all clients, prospects in marketing database ? Compile, prepare and submit expense reports with detailed receipts ? Create, maintain accurate client information and documentation per our process ? Input lease | sale transaction information into corporate CRM database ? Catalyst9 ? Compile transaction and commission calculation forms for completed deals with strict follow through in receiving all required executed documentation ? Assist Operations Manager in various ongoing projects, client events, team office outings, work with vendors in maintaining office operations, assist in new employee training ? Production, printing and tracking all current marketing collateral pieces | update as needed ? Manage and maintain web-based databases for all types of listings ? Creation (from templates) of marketing flyers, eblasts, presentations, placemats, invitations, announcements with strict attention to maintaining our brand and adhering to our marketing guidelines ? Proofread copy for content, spelling, and grammar?correcting as needed ? Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy ? Scan and/or retouch floor plans, photographs and other materials as needed ? Create tour | market availability maps in MapBox, Maptive etc ? Highlight, outline, add information on aerial photographs in InDesign as needed ? Protect and maintain our culture by maintaining our brand ? Marketing collateral organization?produce, maintain and track inventory of all marketing materials ? Analyze, research, resolve issues with the mindset to find the best solution?anticipate everything! ? Ensure that our brand and culture is highly maintained and consistent in every area of communication from first phone contact to printed messages and attitude in office

Job Requirements

Requirements ? 1-3 years' related experience ? commercial real estate background a plus ? Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field preferred ? Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Acrobat) ? Knowledge of Mailchimp and Wix.com a plus ? Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word and Xcel ? Research CRE news daily through multiple sources ? Ability to work in a stressful, deadline-oriented environment ? Skilled in organizing projects and deadlines ? Quick learner with proactive attitude and able to handle multiple tasks at one time ? Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters ?
