Change Management Consultant

One of our Direct clients, a reputable firm located in the Northern Fort Lauderdale, FL area is seeking to hire a Change Management Consultant.Our client is a solid industry leader and is a great place to work. This role is not open to third party vendors.


This is an onsite position in the Northern Fort Lauderdale, FL area. There will be no relocation expenses for out of area candidates.


The organizational change management consultant builds and executes change management initiatives within technology projects. Working within the PMO, this role partners with project managers, business analysts, technology teams and the business to identify/assess the needs of stakeholders and implement plans to speed adoption through stakeholder management, communication and training plans.

Job Requirements

  • 3-6 years of change management experience in complex organizations (change management certification a plus)

  • Experience working closely with project management/PMOs (project management certification a plus)

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to quickly learn technical changes and translate them in simple, easy to understand communications

  • Background in building strategy and executing tactics for stakeholder engagement, communication and training plans

  • Technical expertise in collaboration tools including SharePoint

  • Experience in stakeholder assessment and people facilitation skills over the project lifecycle to ensure adoption readiness

  • Ability to identify change management risks within projects and facilitate mitigation plans

  • Excellent communication acumen with experience in writing effective emails, web news stories, PowerPoint decks, face-to-face presentations and online meetings

  • Experience in developing, managing and delivering technical training

  • Flexibility to adapt and change plans as needed
