Job Description: The Capture Manager will be responsible for all phases of the capture process from cultivating key client relationships, both government and contractors, to establishing the capture plan and ensuring proposal delivery. You will maintain a thorough knowledge of assigned client organizations and decision-makers, determine key client issues, present corporate capabilities and develop strategies to build and develop a solid pipeline of opportunities. Our client has an established Shipley-like BD/capture process and they seek candidates with similar training who are motivated to share in their success. You must have a track record of cradle-grave capture management experience and be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the corporation. Our client offers a competitive compensation structure to include a base from $140k to $160k, perhaps more, plus outstanding performance incentives!
