Charlotte, NC ? Robert Half is assisting a large financial institution in their search for a Business Initiatives Project Manager for a long-term temporary project. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, strong PowerPoint skills, and proven experience supporting enterprise-wide projects. Responsibilities: ? Supporting cross-functional work effort in the development, implementation, tracking, and archiving of the contract risk functional framework ? Supporting process improvement and redesign efforts and change management initiatives ? Providing leadership to other consultants and analysts in integration of initiatives with cross-functional business partners and adjusting to allow for competing priorities and strategies ? Developing metrics and evaluating performance of programs, services, and initiatives ? Ensuring plans and programs adhere to policies and regulations Requirements: ? 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Project Management, Implementation, or Strategic Planning ? Baccalaureate degree or equivalent ? 6 years of banking experience ? Proven experience effectively supporting projects working across Lines of Business ? Strong technical skill including PowerPoint ? Ability to develop and drive routine reporting ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Experience supporting legal agreement review or supporting Operational Risk programs a plus! ? Treasury Management Product experience or knowledge strongly preferred! All work will be conducted on-site at the client?s Charlotte location. Work will begin as soon as the right candidate is interviewed and onboarded, and is expected to last for 8 months. Pay will be dependent on experience.
