SNI is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing team. This position allows for flexibility, upward mobility and a strong sense of team work. The role is working alongside a team of 3 that is looking to grow and expand their reach within the Dallas market.
Compensation includes base plus commission monthly.
- Cold calling clients within the area to discuss services
- Developing new business through networking, LinkedIn and mushrooming current accounts
- Account management of clients to grow business needs
- Partner with recruiters to staff open positions
- 2-5 years' of business development, sales or account management experience
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces and deadlines simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service focused
- Team-oriented with the ability to partner with internal resources
