Business Development Manager

Job Description

SNI is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing team. This position allows for flexibility, upward mobility and a strong sense of team work. The role is working alongside a team of 3 that is looking to grow and expand their reach within the Dallas market.

Compensation includes base plus commission monthly.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling clients within the area to discuss services
  • Developing new business through networking, LinkedIn and mushrooming current accounts
  • Account management of clients to grow business needs
  • Partner with recruiters to staff open positions

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' of business development, sales or account management experience
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces and deadlines simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer service focused
  • Team-oriented with the ability to partner with internal resources
