We are looking to add to our team of sales and recruiting professionals in Chicago! We have multiple positions open in our Downtown Chicago office for Business Develpment Specialists and Managers. Our team focuses on selling our suite of services to IT Decision makers of small to medium size business . Our organization provides career advancement and growth opportunities for sales and recruiting professionals. As a Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:

Leadership
- Provide motivation and direction to the staffing professionals you manage.
- Incrementally grow divisional revenue consistent with Robert Half goals.
- Work with Branch and Regional Management to develop the division’s business and performance goals.
- Actively participate in the recruitment and hiring of internal staff.
- Supervise the administrative functions of the division.

Develop and grow a client base
- Use your background to develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for a variety of information technology roles.
- Make telephone calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
- Recruit, interview and place highly skilled information technology professionals in full-time positions.
- Solidify Robert Half Technology’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
- Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.
