Business Development Manager

Job Description

CareerCircle is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our quest to change the way the industry views talent. We have developed a new way to build talent pipelines and this critical role will be responsible for representing this talent in the marketplace. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to build a new business and be a part of incredible innovation. Once the model is proven, this candidate can be a part of building the business development team and scaling as the organization grows!

  • This position is responsible for providing dedicated support to set up and launch the Salesforce practice
  • Develop a comprehensive and aligned business development plan
  • Define target markets for Salesforce specialization and create practice parameters
  • Establish list of companies per market that hire Salesforce Administrators
  • Build prospecting list for each company
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with targets and community members being represented
  • Work with Marketing to improve brand awareness in defined markets
  • Communicate with Outreach and Recruiting partners to improve enrollment and pipeline of candidates
  • Build relationships with under served communities that align with the vision and mission of CareerCircle within defined markets
  • Support clients through a consultative sales approach
  • Proactively network in chosen markets building strong relationships across industries
  • Represent community members in defined markets and secure employment for them

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • minimum of 5 years sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • MS Office experience
  • Experience using an ATS
Skills/ Abilities:

  • Strong ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers and inner organization
  • Proven ability to build a sales practice with successful results
  • Ability to create a movement and drive change in an established industry
  • Extensive experience with remote cold calling and securing deals in other markets
  • Good executive presence with instant credibility Well- developed interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem solving and written and verbal communication
  • Excellent knowledge of the full sales cycle and ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage a large volume of varying requirements
  • Driven, with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Strong moral compass with the ability to tactfully deliver bad news when necessary
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening
