Business Development Manager

Digital marketing agency specializing in branding creative is searching for a Business Development Manager Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: o Meeting with prospective customer and providing accurate quotes tailored to their needs. o Manage a pipeline of potential clients and leads o Assisting customers with basic service and knowledge and processes o Identifying customer business goals, website and digital marketing solutions for businesses o Leverage problem-solving skills to respond and follow up on inquiries by email, phone and face-to-face o Communicating with developers and marketing staff to find solutions for advanced functionality and custom services o Being flexible and adapting to changing needs in the Sales Department o Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other factors. o Attending local networking events and tradeshows o Keeps management informed by submitting activity and result reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses o Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. o Recommends changes in products, service, policy by evaluating results and competitive developments o Resolves customer complaints, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management o Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales o Deliver on daily and monthly goals

Job Requirements
