Robert Half HR Services is currently recruiting for a Benefits and HRIS Manager for a growing company in the Norcross area. This is a direct hire opportunity. In this role you will manage a team of up to 5 associates and will be responsible for managing all aspects of benefits including: open enrollment; compliance; working with brokers for new benefits offerings and pricing; configuration and data set-up tables of the HRIS/Payroll system; reconciliation; Compliance; participate in the design and testing of new HRIS. 5+ years of recent Benefits Management experience including managing a team is required. Bachelors degree and ADP experience also required. Previous experience with ADP HWSE preferred.
