Come to an industry leader where you will serve as a Digital Strategy Lead with a focus on the management of digital programs and platforms across US Clinical Development Medical Affairs (US CDMA) including Field Medical, while managing digital operations of the Digital Strategy & Medical Innovation Group.
Responsible to US CDMA for collaborating across its functions (Medical Units, Field Medical, etc.) as well as with other internal stakeholders (Global Medical Affairs (GMA), NPC Social Media, Commercial-Digital, Advocacy Groups, other Digital Stakeholders groups, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to ensure ongoing effective management of implemented digital programs and platforms that innovate how US CDMA operates internally & externally.
Proactively manage implemented programs that drive innovation in US CDMA including the Field Medical Function. Serve as accountable Associate Director of Digital Programs & Operations that can aggregate and assess digital impact of projects, recommend enhancements/improvements, and continue to drive digital transformation within US CDMA:
•Innovate how Field Medical can better leverage digital capabilities & innovative processes to optimize engagement & educational opportunities
•Perform full evaluation and vetting of companies and their capabilities to be able to clearly articulate value proposition.
•Ensure appropriate review processes and approvals including, but not limited to Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Privacy, Medical Innovation Board, Social Media Council, etc.
•Manage respective platforms, assess and aggregate digital impact, and prepare regular updates.
•Identify & manage digital solutions that can increase Field productivity and efficiency (virtual interactions, etc.)
•Responsible for managing external collaborations for digital project partners with vendors and other third-parties where needed.
•Ensure digital advocacy for new & emerging technological capabilities opportunities across VR/AR, Hologram, Chatbots, Virtual Digital Assistants, IoT, etc., and present potential tactics to better leverage digital opportunities.
•Accountable for managing various aspects of the Digital Group operations including tracking of projects, assessing impact and metrics, etc.
•Utilize technology to ensure continual project implementation tracking, reporting, as well as perform/manage/track digital company assessments, etc.
•Work within USCDMA to ensure tracking of all digital projects across Medical Units and within respective functions.
•Provide project support to Digital Strategy Leads within the Digital Strategy & Medical Innovation Group.
•Take on ad-hoc projects from the Head of Digital Strategy & Medical Innovation.
