Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager: General Accounting ? Provide important support to the Accounting Manager in various areas, particularly billings, including during peak loads and vacations Billings ? Assist Accounting Manager with the preparation and submission of monthly invoices Cost Accounting ? Work with physicists and engineers in monitoring purchase commitments General Ledger ? Maintain fixed asset ledger, depreciation, property tax returns, sales/use tax returns Support external and internal audits Reconcile credit card statements as needed Assist in A/P as needed Support customer visits as required Requirements of the Accounting Manager: A/P, payroll, and general ledger experience Advanced in Excel and Word BA/BS degree in accounting, finance or similar **If you are currently working with another Robert Half Recruiting Manager, please feel free to reach out to them for details.
