Senior Director Business Operations





Position Description



The Sr. Director, Business Operations is primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of the business intelligence that supports the division value stream. The Sr. Director, Business Operations engages with leaders, senior management, and internal clients to develop reporting, analytics, and monitoring programs to track and understand business variations and opportunity. This position will facilitate effective resolutions to complex issues, track and analyze performance data, be responsible for multiple lines of business, and optimization of client revenue stream. The person will be part of the business leadership team and participate in all planning and operational leadership meetings. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. You must possess an interpersonal savvy that allows you to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal and team members.





Minimum Requirements



12+ years of experience and 2+ years of managerial experience





Critical Skills



5-7 years prior experience in sales operations or a revenue related finance role
Strong working knowledge of SalesForce.com and Microsoft Excel
Experience in the development of strategic plans
Ability to lead via influence in a matrix environment.
Additional Knowledge & Skills





Knowledge and experience in contracting



Experience in the development of strategic plans
Networking skills and a demonstrated ability to team build in an environment that may cross or overlap divisions, departments or organizational lines
Demonstrated track record of successful use of data-driven insights to produce actionable recommendations for business partners and/or senior management.
Experience in working with large, complex data systems to aggregate, organize, and prepare data for use in business analysis





Education



Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related discipline OR equivalent experience and education as would typically be acquired over 5 years in a management level position.
A Master's Degree is highly preferred.
