My client, a well known and established communications company, is seeking a mid to senior level project/program manager to join their growing team. This candidate will be in charge of taking projects from contract and tracking it through design to installation with the customer. This individual will head up everything within working through pricing and materials with the client directly on-site as well as submitting and uploading to the FTP site. They will follow this then through the new order process and the design process on-site. We are looking for a very detailed individual, preferably with an engineering or technical background so that they are understanding how the systems work together. Any experience with scheduling and tasking would be a huge plus.
-3+ years prior program management experience from contract to requirements
-Microsoft suite-specifically MS project
-Experience interfacing with customers
-Experience purchasing and scheduling of an overall project
-Communication systems background
This person will be expected to hit the ground first day understanding how to take a project from start to finish with a customer while delivering excellent customer service
