Marketing Manager Hilton Head Island

Manage and direct the activities of the In-House Marketing team, in support of the Director of Marketing, to obtain maximum production and efficiencies while also directly contributing units of production.


What will I be doing?

As a Marketing Manager you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSShapes Strategy*Work with Local Marketing teams to create and coordinate on-going training *Work with Local Marketing Team to ensure production based shift allocation.*Implement and maintain tools used to enhance productivity for marketing coordinators. *Ensure accurate documentation of all team member issues within assigned departments.*Ensure that all policies and procedures are maintain and upheld by all of the team.*Update Policies and Procedure Manuals as needed.*Review and administer MC performance reviews and ride evaluations *Respond to team members inquiries regarding payroll, NQ's, coding, spiffs, etc.*Assist in resolving customer relations issues pertaining to marketing at the sales center or post tour.*Help Team meet and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for: tour flow, volume, penetration, VPG, and Bounceback Sales*Create and foster and motivated team environment out in the field, *Recruit and interview potential new employees, along with participate in new hire training and mentoring.*Visit all locations and perform MOD on the floor responsibilities as schedules*Provide coaching to marketing coordinators utilizing strength based agreements. *Record keeping*Scheduling*Reviewing monthly reports for tour and sales tracking*Floor duty to manage customer services issues*Employee Relations matters*Other assigned duties based on business needs*Carry out all other reasonable request by management. Drives Execution*Ensure all locations have current promotions and materials including: gift lists, invitations, and promotional items*Ensure all Employees are up-to-date on HR and departmental policies*Effectively help to manage schedule and PTO requests to achieve production requirements*Ensure maintenance of a comprehensive training manual and policy and procedures manual*Ability to cover shifts for absent team members including interacting with guests and booking of toursAbility to actively work scheduled shifts and meet set production targets.*Respond to team members inquiries regarding payroll, NQ's, coding, spiffs, etc.*Coordinate with Marketing team member regarding updating of price lists and confirming inventory of premiums
