Job Title: Division Director - Recruiting Robert Half Technology is looking for business development professionals with information technology industry experience to join our team. Dividing your time between marketing and recruiting functions, you will promote our services to prospective clients and IT consultants. If you are a self-confident, motivated person with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills – and you enjoy a fast-paced team-driven environment – we invite you to apply below. Job Summary: As a Division Director, your responsibilities will include: • Leadership o Provide motivation and direction to the staffing professionals you manages. o Incrementally grow divisional revenue consistent with Robert Half targets. o Work with Branch and Regional Management to develop the division's business and performance goals. o Actively participate in the recruitment and hiring of internal staff. o Supervise the administrative functions of the division. • Develop and grow a client base o Use your background to develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for a variety of information technology roles. o Make telephone calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships. o Recruit, interview and place highly skilled information technology professionals for contract and contract-to-hire positions. o Solidify Robert Half Technology's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. o Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: • Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency. • Experience in the IT industry. • Ability to leverage technology experience to manage and grow the business. • An Information Systems or related degree. • A strong desire to succeed.
