District Managers at RMOMS will be responsible for the effective efficient management of a community corrections based operation within a judicial district. The primary function of the District Manger will be to serve as the first line of support for the Case Managers serving the clients within the judicial district. District Managers will see a caseload of offenders, work with victims of crime, support the Program Coordinator for Victim Services and will be the primary liaison to the judicial district in which we work.
The District Manager will be responsible for reviewing the work being done by Monitoring Specialists and Case Managers working in the Judicial District. The District Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the high level of customer service that is required from every staff member in a judicial district.
