Director of Sales - Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills

Job Description

As Director of Sales with Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills you will be responsible for the following items:
  • Selling a market within the hotel
  • Leading and directing the development and implementation of strategic sales plans and initiatives
  • Develop their individual market for the hotel
  • Partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing on strategy and sales initiatives
  • Participate in ownership meetings, as needed
  • Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience leading a team member(s) in a luxury sales department
  • Leisure sales experience at a luxury property a plus
