Job Description:

Assistant Regional Manager’s are responsible for providing support to clients who are working to successfully discharge from parole and reintegrate into society. This will be accomplished by coordinating community resources while emphasizing medical, behavioral and social services, applying care management standards and maintaining HIPAA standards and confidentiality of protected health information. The position will also be coordinating the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned clients, as well as acting as a liaison between client/ family and treatment personnel to insure prompt and effective behavioral health care. A desire to work with justice related individuals who might be experiencing issues with mental illness, substance abuse, physical challenges, developmental disabilities, etc. is necessary to be successful in this position. Applicants must also be comfortable supervising Clinical Case Managers within the region, which includes familiarity with disciplinary action, review writing, employee coverage coordination, and other necessary supervisory duties.

Job Requirements


Assistant Regional Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice or a related clinical/mental health field
  • Ability to develop positive, productive, and professional client relationships
  • Exceptional ability to communicate written and orally
  • Strong record keeping, organization and clerical skills
  • Knowledge of the Colorado Judicial/ Correctional System, as well as Medicaid and other healthcare modalities would be helpful, but is not required
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Managerial or supervision experience, particulary within the Criminal Justice or Mental Health field
