This position Provides strategic and tactical direction for Sales Enablement tools and processes to support new and existing Telecommunications/IT Product Portfolio. Manages and mentors a team of Sales Enablement professionals including Business Process Analysts and Systems Implementation professionals. Accountable for process implementations and solutions aimed at increasing Sales productivity. Responsibility for analytics and reporting demonstrating success of Sales Enablement initiatives.
Job RequirementsMin Required Skills:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
•At least 8 years of progressive experience in IT and/or Process Engineering.
•At least 5 years of telecommunications experience, including strong IP or data product background.
•Proven skills to excel in a fast growth, dynamic and growth oriented organization.
•Hands-on experience in developing systems/process roadmaps and executing multiple, simultaneous sales enablement initiatives.
•Strong oral and written communications skills.
