Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, are essential as is familiarity and experience applying Systems Engineering Best Practices. The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, end users, stakeholders, peers, partners, vendors, team members and contractors and work with stakeholders to identify best-fit technical solutions to meet LSI needs, define constraints, and develop requirements and concept of operations documentation while identifying technical risks and developing mitigation.
