Robert Half Technology has several openings to join their internal IT Search Division. This exciting opportunity would consist of 50% sales and 50% recruiting and would include a base salary plus one of the best commission plans in the market.   • Recruiting, interviewing and placing IT professionals in direct hire positions with our clients
  • Meeting with clients to understand and fill their recruitment needs
  • Educating clients and candidates on best practices and what the market bares
  • Providing the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local IT community
  • Strategizing with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals


Your qualifications should include:
  • Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
  • Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred
  • A competitive nature with a strong desire to succeed
