Sr. Analyst, Data Management Operations
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Sr Analyst, Data Management Operations for our Parsippany, New Jersey location. This position provides operational support and monitoring for Daiichi Sankyo Transparency Reporting, Data Warehouse, enterprise scheduling, database, and data integration solutions; collaborates with Daiichi Sankyo IT staff, sourcing partners, data stewards, and Compliance analysts to ensure solution availability, data integrity, and data security in accordance with business requirements and Service Level Agreements; and provides technical and data subject matter expertise for Transparency Reporting solutions required for compliance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. 
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues as they relate to Transparency Reporting, Customer Master Data, Data Warehouse, integration, enterprise scheduler, and database environments; work with service providers to identify availability issues with outsourced and internal solutions, performance issues; and monitor production and non-production environments. You will also identify and engage subject matter experts to provide second and third level support for any operational issues; serve as the single point of contact and subject matter expert for Transparency Reporting and Customer Master data.; and serve as the single point of contact for customer master data, data warehouse, data security, data integration, database, and enterprise scheduler operational issues. Additionally, you will oversee and monitor all data warehouse, integration, enterprise scheduler, and database daily operational activities; and ensure overall stability of outsourced and internal solutions, hosted services, data feeds, and data extracts.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minimum 4 years IT Operational Support experience; 1 year of Data Warehouse development or support experience; 1 year of Informatica data integration development or support experience; and 1 year of management of outsourced vendors and agreements. Experience with Pharma Transparency Reporting and supporting or developing customer master solutions is preferred. Minimum 4 years of database experience is required, preferably in Netezza and SQL Server. Minimum 1 year of Enterprise Scheduler tool configuration or monitoring is required, Tidal preferable. Experience supporting or developing customer master solutions is preferred. Informatica ETL development; Enterprise Scheduling tools; and data issue triage and resolution are critical skills in this role.'s Advice
