Application Analyst for Practice Management / NextGen EPM Analyst

 



We are assisting a top Healthcare provider in Eastern Texas who is looking to hire a Practice Management Application Analyst with NextGen EPM experience on a permanent basis. The facility is located in an area where there is a very low cost of living, great schools, no state income taxes and the great outdoors.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide high competency with the NextGen EPM (Enterprise Practice Management) configuration management.
  • Configure and troubleshoot NextGen EPM issues
  • Prioritize, track and resolve end-user problems.
  • Create policies, procedures and associated training plans for the EPM.
  • Project management in setting and communicating project timelines.
  • Configuration and maintenance of the NextGen Practice Management application.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • One or more years experience supporting NextGen EPM preferred
  • Minimum of three years experience in HIT and/or work within a Healthcare Environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maximum accountability
  • Must be flexible, self-directed, able to prioritize multiple tasks, able to manage a full workload
