Senior Analog IC Test Development Engineers
Responsibilities: A growing company in the Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) area is looking for a Senior Analog IC Test Development Engineers.
As a Senior Manager of IC Test Development and as a Lead in the Test / Product Engineering Development Group, you plan and manage all aspects of test development. Your team will be involved in all phases of product development, design for testability, test hardware and software design, hands-on debug, characterization, and manufacturing release.

Senior Analog IC Test Development Engineer Qualifications:
- Must have a strong background in Analog Integrated Circuit analysis and testing
Experience and education in the following areas are required:
- A BSEE and/or MSEE degree
- 3-10+ years of experience developing ATE test solutions for analog ICs
- Experience with power management or audio ICs is preferred
- Experience with ATE, specifically with Teradyne microFLEX, Integra FLEX, Flex, J750, J273, or other type of Teradyne tester is a big plus
- We will also consider experience with other IC Testers such as Eagle, Credence, and LTX
- Experience with multi-site testing is strongly desired
- Experience with software coding including IGXL programming and VB programming is important
- Candidates with experience with some of the following ICs will be strongly considered: Linear Regulators, Audio ICs, LDOs, Buck / Boost Converters (Step-up / down), USB, Real Time Clock, etc
