Accounting Manager - CPA, Oracle
Responsibilities: Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (PA).
Description:
- Perform certain accounting or reporting tasks as assigned including the analysis of various general ledger accounts, cash flow projections and fund consolidation reporting
- Assist with preparation of the annual report, 10-Qs and 10-K filed with the SEC and earnings press releases
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of documentation required to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 Section 404 (SOX 404) for both the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Corporate Treasury (CT) departments
- Serve as the liaison to the internal and external auditors and coordinate responses to their requests by agreed upon due dates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Required amount of experience for CPA license and/or significant progress toward attaining license required
- Minimum five years public accounting experience and/ or accounting/financial reporting experience at a publicly held company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required
- Oracle experience a plus
