Job Description



Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities:

*Responsible for project deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality.
*Allocates and directs resources to accomplish project tasks, and maintains control project schedules and deliverable quality.
*Responsible for resolving issues and mitigating risks, escalating issues/risks when appropriate.
*Coordinate project teams and informs the team of its progress.
*Acts as an interface to IT and Business Partners and develops/maintains strong relationship with vendor teams

Experience and skills requirements:

*BS and 8 + years or equivalent
*Ability to manage IT projects that are high in complexity, size, and scope
*Expert knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools, and software development life cycles
*Ability to thoroughly understand the business issues surrounding the project
*Ability to utilize extensive project management experience to act as the team's primary interface between IT and the business sectors
*Ability to manage project issues, conflicts, risks, and deliver projects within budget and scope
*Ability to negotiate and deliver quality solutions to customers and develop process improvements where applicable

Desired: PMP Certification, Six Sigma Certification, Clarity experience, Agile or SDP-21 experience. Expereince in financial services, healthcare automotive or insurance
